What We Do
How would you like things to work for you and your clients?
You can choose to either collate pay hours and salaries yourself or let us handle it directly with your clients. You remain in control. We can use our email or one of yours to appear as part of your team. All filings will be done under our HMRC account and pension dashboards. You can access reports and data anytime.
We can work with any pension provider you recommend, though our favourite is Collegia for its simple, user-friendly experience.
Types of pay
We are happy to run variable weekly hours payrolls, CIS contractors/sub contractors and more straightforward standard weekly and monthly payrolls. From single director firms to hundreds of employees. With one simple fee structure you always know the costs.
RATES
Our current charge rate is £7.50 per payslip per person
So if there is a 4 member business with weekly pay that would be:
4 people x 4(ish) weeks x £7.50 per month = £120
BILLING
We can bill your clients direct but would prefer to bill you monthly with a spreadsheet of what payrolls we have completed for whom.
This includes regular auto enrolment management, including answering questions from both employees and employers.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Pension set up advice - if needed, is £300
Pension compliance is £95 per declaration of compliance (or re enrolment)

Simple Advice is headed up by Helen Llewellyn who has been in the field of business finance for over 30 years in one guise or another. A farmers daughter from Devon who moved to suburbia and then back to the country. You can take the girl out of the countryside but you cannot take the countryside out of the girl!
With 2 dogs and 3 (or 6 if you count the strays)cats her life is full of numbers, people and lovely nature.
